It's our "Random Bag of Jazz" sale! You can purchase 10 CDs from the Charles Saunders collection for just $10! The library staff and members of the Friends of TADL have curated the music and promise an excellent variety of CDs in each bag.

Saunders' massive jazz music collection was over 60 years in the making. His collection numbered over 10,000 pieces with 7,600 CDs, over 2,600 vinyl records, and his jazz book collection was over 500 volumes. Charlie's music was his essence, more than any other of his possessions, his money, or his other accomplishments. Music sustained him.

A large portion of his collection has been entered into TADL's own collection. The remaining CDs are being used for this fund-raiser. Your purchase of a bag (or bags!) will help the Friends of TADL with its mission of support to the Traverse Area District Library System.
